It is surprising enough that every new dimension of human existence reveals a new secret and arouses newer aspects related to the successful existence of the human race. One such highly mysterious and quite unknown aspect that helps govern the human body and the human mind is the network of the seven chakras that are held in the human body as 7 circles of energy.

Apart from the physical energy that we get from substances that we consume as a part of our routine diet, the human body also requires a good amount of cosmic energy that is a result of the energy exchange between the seven chakra network in our body and the heavenly bodies above us.

On most occasions people fail to understand the kind of effect the chakras in their body have on the attitude they wear as well as the kind of life they lead. A very popular theory states that a person with positive thoughts ends up achieving better results as compared to a person with a negative frame of mind. The reason is simple as positivity in thoughts is the result of the abundant positive energy in the chakra governing the thoughts.

Every single chakra has its role to play in the process of controlling and governing the functions of a particular part of the body but each of these chakras reflect variations in the effect they have on the organs.

The various centres of energy which regulate various activities we perform can be understood better in the following way.

The root chakra is the energy circle that governs the overall potential of a person. It helps determine if a particular person is self-confident and can face extreme conditions without backing away. The organs that this chakra monitors include the colon and the organs lying below it as well as the prostrate and the rectum.

Genital Chakra lies above the root chakra and is very important as it helps to control the organs that are important for excretory purposes. This chakra with positive energy could mean that a person is not distracted by luscious offers and can help to have a broad mind. With negativity it can lead to establishing negative vibes and feelings.

The third chakra that helps regulate the functions and the activities of the stomach and other important organs of digestion, is referred to as the umbilical chakra. It helps to maintain a good balance of mind so as to help in decision making. On the negative side it has an impact on the thoughts leading to the arousing of feelings that result from an unstable mind.

The heart chakra deals with the emotions dealing with the heart, on the positive end it evokes love and compassion while on the negative side a person becomes arrogant and hypocrite. This circle of energy is related to the cardiovascular system of the human body.

Above the heart chakra lies the fifth of the chakras, the throat chakra. This energy circle has an impact of the voice you possess and the kind of language that you speak. The neck and mouth are some of the important parts that are covered by this chakra.

The next is the third eye chakra. You tend to develop impressions and make perceptions due to the chakra referred as the third eye chakra and it is very important for a person!

The seventh chakra or the crown chakra is towards the crown of the head and in a positive state helps people achieve enlightenment.

Improving Your Life With Yoga And Meditation

Yoga benefits several parts of the body, mind, and soul. It has even been recommended to help with certain medical conditions, stress, and other health problems that you may be struggling through. In knowing just how you can benefit from yoga, you will be better able to apply it to your own self.

If you have ever been in an accident or received serious injury, you probably have already been recommended yoga from a physician or physical therapist. This is because yoga can help loosen up muscles and joints that were otherwise strained, pulled, or misaligned. Yoga can help fix these things and also help protect against further injuries by keeping the muscles as flexible as they can safely get.

Strength can also be benefited through yoga, although it is usually thought that yoga does little for strength training. Some moves in yoga are great at building upper body strength by using the body’s own weight to increase strength. Leg strength can also be benefited in the same way in doing the right techniques. Power yoga is more rigorous and best for those who want a quick and beneficial workout.

If you happen to have poor posture, you should look into yoga as a secondary treatment option. Yoga has been known to keep muscles less tense, which can lead to a better posture so long as you put effort into improving yourself. Yoga can help you build your core strength in this example, which will also allow you to lead an overall healthier life.

As stated, stress levels tend to dissipate after several workout sessions with yoga. Yoga is able to release endorphins, which alter your mood for the better. Yoga also makes use of meditation, which can bring you into a calm state of deep thinking that will also help you solve your problems at hand. Just liked runners will get what is deemed the “runner’s high,” you can get a good feeling that will last you all day. As such, it’s great to do yoga in the morning.

Some things such as depression, heart disease, and high blood pressure have all been curbed by yoga. While you should never solely rely on yoga as an answer to these problems, yoga can help you relax and help heal your body in the process. You should obviously have permission of a physician to do yoga if you have a serious condition.

If you like what you hear about yoga, you will be glad to know that there is little expense required to start in yoga. Finding a trainer or class in your local area can get you started if you aren’t sure on how to go about practicing the tactics in yoga.
